Ingredients:

1lb Chicken with bones
2 tbsp Red chilly powder
2 tbsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion
Salt per taste

Method:

Cut chicken into smallĀ  pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and heat.
Add chicken and stir fry with salt per taste.
Grind onion with red chilly powder and coriander powder.
Once chicken is golden brown, add the ground paste.
Add 2 cup water.
Cook till oil floats on top.

Serving:

Serves two.
Best with hot rice or can be had as a soup.

Substitutions:

Use cornish hen for best taste
Substitute vegelable oil for ghee
